Domes Pharma is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for its growing animal health subsidiary in Salt Lake City, UT. Headquartered in France, Domes Pharma specializes pharmaceutical and medical device products for the animal health industry. The Salt Lake City division is a manufacturer of innovative epidermal and ophthalmology healing products for treating eye and skin problems in pets.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales and marketing team in developing, coordinating, and implementing assets to support B2C and B2B marketing. The position will focus on developing, executing, and managing traditional and digital media marketing. This position will also work with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute attendance at industry tradeshow events.

This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Duties:

1. Sales and Marketing Support (70%)

  • Assist in the creation or modification of marketing assets for print, social media, and other channels.
  • Supporting sales teams and distributor partner requests such as updating collateral or sales tools.
  • Develops copy for campaigns as needed– emails, social media, and print campaigns
  • Compile, document, and ship product sample requests from veterinarians, tradeshow leads, or technical services team.
  • Support the development of marketing calendar, including ideation and creation of social media posts, e-mail content, etc.
  • Actively monitor company website to ensure assets are current and coordinate with IT to make any necessary updates.
  • Support sales and marketing team in implementing CRM systems and maintaining e-mail database.
  • Periodically providing customer support via phone or email regarding product inquiries.

2. Tradeshow and Event Coordination (30%)

  • Coordinate details of conference promotional efforts including handouts, door drops, pull ups, directional signage, program ads, etc.
  • Assist in coordinating conference badges, booths, and hotel lodging with our internal team.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure conference materials are delivered to venue on time.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and actively engage potential customers by showcasing products, answering questions, and generating leads while aiming to create positive brand impressions.

Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively work within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to rapidly evolving business needs
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Some weekend travel will be necessary
  • Based in the Salt Lake City area, no relocation assistance provided

Work Conditions

Full – Time, salaried position, with benefits. Hours of operation are generally Monday through Friday with typical business hours, though seasonal requirements may require small fluctuations in schedules. Occasional travel is required. This is position is in office.
